Thank you for your email. We had a lovely time in the Algarve thanks. We were both glad that we used your transfer service as it could not have been smoother. Jon was waiting for us when we arrived and on our return day, so we had no waiting around. He made the journey very pleasant and gave us a ‘mini-tour’ on our way to the apartment – recommending places to eat, and things to see which was also much appreciated. The transport vehicle itself was very modern and clean, and the air conditioning was much appreciated on our arrival day!!
I would certainly recommend you to anyone travelling to the Algarve, and if we visit again in the future, I will definitely use your service again.

Second time using this transfer to and from airport. Great service. Friendly smiling face at airport and spelt our name right!!! roomy air-conditioned minibus. Straight to apartment. Driver pointed out the local NIGHTCLUBS to our daughter and her friend which they enjoyed!! Even stopped for supplies at local supermarket. Excellent service. Will recommend to all our friends and family.

Thanks for the email and thank you both for your efficient airport transfer service. It worked well for us and helped us save money by not having a hire car for the whole period. In terms of feedback, I would say the following, The van is superb. Very comfortable, well kitted out and obviously you are catering for transporting the little ones, which is good for us. Your rates are very competitive and for me favourable against hire car cost as well. In terms of potential improvement items, I was not sure what to do when our flight was delayed. I wasn’t sure whether to call or text to let you know or assume that you had all the details at the Faro end. As it turned out from talking to Jon, there were no details at the Faro end so a call or text from us may have helped. I didn’t help Jon by not answering my phone when we arrived (sorry). So definitely not a criticism of the service you provided but my thinking is that maybe some brief details of what to do when things don’t go exactly to plan would be useful. Details in terms of the pick up time on the return weren’t clear from the paperwork (I rechecked). Obviously not a problem for us, because I saw Jon the day before, but I’m not sure what people away from the area would do. I will attach the booking voucher I received. Only minor improvement items, definitely not complaints. In terms of recommendations I have already passed on your details to a couple of people. What’s not clear from your website is what your range is, i.e. would you do transfers from Faro to anywhere along the Algarve? I guess that it would be case by case but there must be a point where your rates have to chance as the range increases I guess. Anyway, if you can give me some guidelines it would be useful. We appreciate all feedback we receive and we will wherever possible improve our service.
The response to this feedback is as follows:
We monitor flights both arriving at Faro and also departures where appropriate so we have a good idea of flights arriving early or late, in the event of a late arrival or we think we wont be there for an early arrival we always contact customers as soon as they land, it is therefore important for people to switch on their mobile phones when they land. It would be helpful to drop us a text or call us if there are problems as sometimes individuals have more up to date information than we do. We have also included an extra line on our booking form to remind people to turn on their phones as soon as possible after landing and to contact us if there is a problem.
Booking confirmations – We had already changed our booking confirmations to include pick up times on the booking, however this was done after your booking was made.
Regarding the ‘range of airport transfers from Faro’ we have a page on our website ’Airport Transfers’ which provides prices for all the resorts we drop off at. If anyone is staying at another resort not listed we ask people to contact us and we’ll see if we can accommodate that request and provide a price for the transfer.

Yes indeed Tony and myself had a wonderful week in Portugal. Your efficient and friendly service added to that because we knew we did not have to worry about getting to Airport on time etc. Jonathan is a lovely bloke and a man of his word. He told us he would pick us up at the Apartment on Thursday at 1.00 p.m. and that is exactly what he did.

Hi, We had a great time in Portugal. Found it hard to leave the apartment! The view was spectacular with all the comforts of home. The lift to the beach was a bonus and everything was laid back and restful. Only 4 euros to The Strip and plenty of variety for eating out, although the kitchen was well equipped. Peaceful location with just the sound of the waves for comfort. Transfers very efficient with the minibus to ourselves both ways. Felt like VIPs! He even took us to the local supermarket for supplies (no lugging bottled water for us) . All in all best holiday ever and will be coming back next year. Weather here hot sat, sun and Monday. Tuesday back to normal, cloudy and chilly, just right for a bank holiday weekend in England. Once again many thanks and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for peace and tranquillity with the option of a lively night out just along the road to the Strip.
